Overview
The X30 is Deep Robotics' industrial inspection quadruped and a direct competitor to Boston Dynamics Spot, announced October 17, 2023 in Hangzhou. It is IP67-rated, operates from -20 to 55 degrees C, and is built for substation, cable-tunnel, and facility inspection as well as public-safety and emergency-response work. The platform runs multi-LiDAR SLAM with RGB and thermal cameras, navigates autonomously in darkness and low light, docks and charges autonomously, and patrols 10 km or more per charge cycle on a quick-swap battery. An X30 Pro variant adds sensing and performance over the base X30.
